The entire process was a great experience. Everyone I dealt with had answers to my questions, returned my calls in a timely manner, were pleasant to talk to and knew what they were doing. I was very anxious at the beginning but as time went on everyone put my concerns at ease.

I had two listings go under contract at almost the exact same time. I don't do much business personally but have the opportunity to "witness" a lot of transactions. The difference between your service and communication and turn-around times and commitment versus the other lender, was startling. We had your commitment in less than a week and the other lender took about 30 days. More disappointing, they DID NOT communicate with me as the listing agent (or even with the buyer's agent).
